K2022843440 (Pty) LTD T/A Renesis extends the following Warranty for a period of 12 months (1 year):

Warranty Coverage:

The warranty includes replacing parts shown to have defects in materials or workmanship of any parts manufactured or supplied which includes the compressor, pump, filter, and ozone generator.

The Warranty covers defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions.

The warranty begins on the day of delivery to the customer’s address and is valid for a period of one (1) year.

The Warranty covers general malfunction of the compressor, pump, filter, and ozone generator. It does not cover changing of O-rings and filter cartridges.

Wood is a natural product, and with all natural wood products, it may have some variation in colour/grains, or imperfections, which are considered natural, especially if used outdoors, under direct sunlight. For outdoor units, some deterioration may happen due to the weather despite the best of treatments. These variations are not considered defects. It is the customer’s responsibility to take care of and maintain the condition of the wood. Since each unit is individually handmade, they will have minor variations in size, shape, and finish.

Warranty Limitations and exclusions:

Warranty is voided if Renesis determines that the original unit has been neglected, abused, or altered or in any other way mistreated or used for any other purpose.

The Warranty does not cover damage due to adding chemicals, neglected filter care and replacement, power outages, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse. Damages to the water pump because of low, or no, water flow will not be covered.

The warranty is voided if Renesis determines that a residential model was purchased and being used in a commercial manner or any other way than that of residential, low volume usage.

The Limited Warranty applies only to defects discovered within the applicable Limited Warranty period and only so long as the product remains in possession of the original purchaser (or original owner if purchased as a gift).

All repairs must be performed by an approved agent of Renesis. Repairs performed by someone not approved in advance by Renesis will not be covered under this warranty.

Any component(s) repaired or replaced under this warranty shall be warrantied for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period.

Renesis is not responsible for any incidental damages that may occur after delivery. Renesis is not liable for any injury or loss that arises from any defect covered under this limited warranty, either incidental or consequential, including but not limited to, loss of use of the product.
