Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days to reach its destination. In-store pickup is also available.

Our ice bath weighs approx. 160kg and it is recommended to have a 4–6-person team to help with your Ice Bath placement. We can provide this labour as part of your delivery quote.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Standard delivery includes delivery of the product, and placement of your Renesis Ice Bath. The path from the truck to the final placement of your bath must be flat, and a reasonable route for the bath to move, with no difficult spaces to navigate. Final placement does not include anything considered to be unreasonable and not straight forward. It also does not include hoisting the bath.
When thinking about where you will place your ice bath, please consider the width of our ice baths (or the height, as they can be tilted to move through tighter spaces) to ensure there are no obstacles that would block the bath such as narrow doorways, sharp corners, or steep staircases.
If you have concerns, we recommend sending a video of the move to us from curb side to Ice Bath placement.
Please note,
We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
If custom taxes and duties go unpaid; any associated fees passed to Renesis will be billed to the customer, this is inclusive of any associated return delivery costs/fees.
